Hi, I’m Berkley Stafford, Vice President, Sales, at First Flight Solutions.

When a business is healthy, that benefits every person in the company. Knowing this and seeing evidence of it time and again motivates me to come to work each day and to give my best to everything I do.
Before joining FFS, I spent six years with Envirotainer, a Sweden-based company specializing in temperature-sensitive packaging in the “cold chain” industry. At the time I left I was Head of Healthcare Sales, the Americas, where I led a team of sales professionals to retain, convert, and penetrate some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
Prior to that, I worked at UPS® for 15 years in a variety of operational and sales capacities, focusing on supply chain optimization, experience which has proved invaluable in my work here at FFS. I also hold a BSc in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
For me, the “bottom line” is not only an accounting term. It also represents the fundamental reason for doing what you do. My bottom line is that if we can make a positive impact in the lives of our employees and on people by saving our clients money, we’ve done our job as a company and a steward of goodwill.
